Designer who is based outside of Singapore and must be a graduate of a relevant design courses from a tertiary institution or polytechnic in Singapore and/or recognized by the country/state it is offered in.

• Employed or practiced professionally in this design field for a minimum of THREE years, and can satisfy the Review Committee that they have attained an acceptable level of competence in their field.
